General Conditions of Contracting in Regio 2 Hotel
The present document aims to regulate the General Terms and Conditions of service of online booking at REGIO 2 HOTEL, S.L.-from now on, Regio 2 Hotel – (Information of contact indicated in the Legal Notice of web) and its clients, as well as the rules of the establishment.
In compliance with the Organic Law 4/2015 of 30 March (protection of public safety), Hotel Regio 2 will not allow access to the property to any person over 16 years, whether domestic or foreign, if not proven by a valid official document in force.
You, as a customer, declare to be of age and /or have the legal capacity and work enough for these contracts and accept, fully and without reservation, the validity of all and each one of the general clauses of contracts listed below:
1. Reserve online
1.1 Procedure of booking on line
We offer our guests a booking through our website system, which facilitates the receipt and confirmation of reservations.
To proceed with the reservation, you must enter the dates in which to enjoy your stay, indicate the type of room and number of nights and finally enter your personal data.
To guarantee your booking, we need your credit card details only to guarantee your reservation. Payment of the stay is in the hotel, except the Non-refundable, Long-Stay and Early Booking rates.
If not go to the hotel the day of arrival, without having previously made a cancellation, the cancellation of the settlement policies shall apply.
Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex.

1.2 Confirmation of hirig
At the end of the booking process, you will receive within 24 hours, in an email booking confirmation with all the details of the same: booking number, amount, date and time of reservation, name and surname of the client, type of room booked.
1.3 Cancellation Policy
To cancel free of charge, you will need to cancel your reservation with a minimun 24 hours in advance to 12:00 a.m. hours of the date of entry. Thereafter, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night.
In high season, cancel free of charge, shall be given to cancel the reservation with a minimun of 7 days beforehand at 12:00 a.m. hours of the date to entry. Thereafter, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the all nights.
High Season: July, August, September, Carnival, Holy Weekr and Jerez Motorcycle Racing.
Once extinguished the free of charge cancellation period, are not supported changes in the reserve.
The different types of Non-Refundable, Long-Stay and Early- Booking rooms, is not entitled to change or cancellation and the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation of these room types, in the same moment in which occurs the reserve, to the credit card provided.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations communicated in writing are only allowed.
No shows: In the case of no show, the hotel will charge the customer’s credit card, 100% of the first nights stay and will proceed to the cancellation of the same.
Prices displayed on the website include VAT or other indirect tax, as well as management and handling cost. Rates vary depending on the season of the year, the duration of the stay and the services contracted pursuant to this section.

3. Use of the services
The user undertakes to use the services in a manner according to law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of the present General Terms and Conditions, respecting the rights and /or interests of third parties who in any way, can damage the Regio 2 Hotel services and /or its image.
Regio 2 Hotel may, for greater flexibility and for the benefit of users, unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, services provided, or the technical conditions of operation and use of the services.
Non-smoking inside the hotel.
Pets are not allowed.

5. Rights of customers

To others, we inform you that you are entitled to cancel your booking as described above, provided that still had not enjoyed the stay.
With regard to the form of dispute settlement, Regio2 Hotel and the user, with express resignation to any other Law, are subjet to the Courts and Tribunals of Cadiz, unless another law specifies otherwise.
